1. Bachelor degree or above, trained in project management, quality management, etc., with knowledge of mechanical design, machining, plastic processing, understanding of design and inspection related technologies, skilled in using various inspection tools and related experimental instruments, computer file processing software and various two-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling software;

2. Have more than 8 years of experience in CNSL project development of automotive interior parts;

3. Understand the relevant processes and potential failure modes of traditional CNSL;

4. Priority should be given to mobile CNSL projects;
